1. Who We Are

Fanomix is a platform operated by Fanomix, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our platform. Contact us at privacy@fanomix.com with any questions.

2. Data We Collect

Account data

When you register we collect your email address and date of birth (to verify you are 18 or older). We do not collect payment card details directly — see section 5 for payment processors.

Usage data

We collect information about how you use the platform: workflows you run, credits consumed, videos and images you generate, and error logs. This is used to operate the service and improve it.

Technical data

We collect IP addresses, browser type, and session data as part of normal web server operation. This is used for security monitoring and abuse prevention.

Content you upload

Video files, images, and creative briefs you upload are stored to deliver the service. See section 4 for retention details.

3. How We Use Your Data

To create and manage your account
To process your AI generation requests
To track credit balances and usage
To send transactional emails (login links, account notices)
To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents
To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for advertising profiling or sell it to third parties.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 90 days except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g. financial records). You can request your account be deleted by contacting privacy@fanomix.com.

Generated media files (videos, images) are retained to allow you to access your work. You may delete them at any time from within the platform.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following service providers: Fly.io (hosting), Tigris/Cloudflare (file storage), OpenAI, Replicate, ElevenLabs, KlingAI, SendGrid.

We do not share your data with any other third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels. No analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics) are currently deployed on this platform.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Object to or restrict certain processing
Data portability (receive your data in a structured format)

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@fanomix.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, contact privacy@fanomix.com.

9. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Fanomix is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will delete the account promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
